About Double M Rentals
Double M Rentals, LLC was founded by Jamie Baker. Double M was named after his two daughters who he adored, Makayla and Madison. At a young age Jamie had visions of becoming an entrepreneur. In 1995 he purchased his first home. The love of obtaining property became one of his many passions. Jamie was all about hard work and dedication. He raised many acres of tobacco while working full time swing shifts at Osram Sylvania. In 2002 he decided to quit his job to pursue this passion full-time. He became a successful realtor and just before his passing in 2018, he was one of the top sellers at United Real Estate. During his years, he obtained several rental properties, farm land and flip houses.
Despite his entrepreneurial success, his career did not define him. His relationships with his family and friends are what made him most remarkable. He had several irons in the fire but never missed a ballgame or any event that included his two daughters. He never met a stranger and was always willing to lend a helping hand, and in most cases his knowledge about how to find the right deals and obtain your dream home.
Jamie departed this world on January 8, 2020 to reside with his heavenly father. His absence is a tremendous loss to his family and the community. Jamie’s legacy and love of providing the perfect home will continue with his family, Donna, Makayla and Madison.
